Mr Modi leads the laser and emergency eye service at Frimley Park Hospital and is responsible for training future eye surgeons as the lead trainer for eye surgery simulation in the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex region. He has co-authored an ophthalmology textbook with Oxford University Press and has published extensively in the field.

His practice includes cataract surgery (including laser cataract surgery), glaucoma treatment (surgical and laser), and oculoplastics (including malposition, droopy lids, and blepharoplasty). He also treats dry eyes, blepharitis, watery eyes, and offers aesthetic treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections and fillers. Mr Modi believes in a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring his patients understand their conditions and treatment plans clearly, leading to improved outcomes.
