Dr Sarah Armstrong

Dr Sarah Armstrong is a Consultant Anaesthetist currently practising at Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. She has over 9 years of experience as a consultant anaesthetist and has a keen interest in hepatobiliary and liver transplantation anaesthesia, obstetric anaesthetic research, and paediatric intensive care. She also served as a Locum Consultant in Anaesthetic Royal Surrey County Hospital from August 2012 to September 2013.

Dr Armstrong completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from University College London in 2001 and later pursued her Master of Arts (MA) in Medical Sciences from the University of Cambridge. Before joining Frimley Park Hospital, she worked as a Senior Registrar in paediatric intensive care at St Georges Healthcare NHS Trust and as a Clinical fellow in hepatobiliary and liver transplantation anaesthesia at Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust. She was also an Obstetric anaesthetic research fellow at UCLH NHS Foundation Trust in 2009-2010.

Throughout her career, Dr Armstrong has been dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. She has been involved in several research projects in her field and has presented her work at various conferences. She is a highly respected consultant anaesthetist known for her professional approach and exceptional patient care.
